About Me

My background for over 25 years is in the Nursing profession, having worked in the NHS and also the private sector providing high standards of care. Within this time I became very interested in people and the mind/body response to illness.

I did further training in the areas of Psychology, Psychotherapy NLP and Hypnotherapy and provided stress management courses for staff and patients.

It became clear to me that most of what we do is often because of the way we think and feel which is then expressed into body language. I now work full time in my private practice in Altrincham, Cheshire assisting and empowering people to move forward.

My mission is to assist with changing mind sets improving and empowering lifestyles whatever the issues is. I can help you achieve a positive and successful outcome.

I specialise in weight management and I am a licensed practitioner in Virtual Gastric Band (VBG). This is proving to be very a successful and popular therapy for weight loss that I offer.
